We assisted NuGen Medical Devices (TSX.V: NGMD) to go public via an RTO on the TSX Venture Exchange raising in excess of $6M. NuGen MD is developing the next generation of needle-free technologies and other innovative medical delivery products.
Tony co-founded Drone Delivery Canada (TSX.V: FLT) in 2014, which was the first drone company in Canada to go public reaching a market cap of $500M+ Raised in excess of $90M of capital, was instrumental in helping shape Federal drone legislation in Canada and successfully established a commercial partnership with Air Canada (Canada’s national airline) the first commercial airline drone partnership in the world bringing the company to commercial operations.
In 2013, Tony co-founded Data Centre Realty, a Canadian based data centre design / build company. DCR assisted in the development of several data centre projects globally and worked with global investment funds in developing and building out world class data centre hosting facilities.
Tony co-founded Data Centers Canada in 2009, a Toronto based colocation data center and disaster recovery facility. The asset was divested to Terago Networks (TSX:TGO) in May 2013 achieving an ROI of; ~1900% in 3.5 years.
In 2001, Tony co-founded MDS Wireless, a Toronto based wireless broadband services provider. MDSW developed a wireless broadband network spanning the golden horseshoe in Ontario providing connectivity to key marketplaces including; Vaughan, Caledon, Hamilton and various Greater Toronto Areas. MDSW was later divested to a Toronto based private equity firm in 2005.
Tony co-founded Millennium Data Systems in 1996, a Toronto based technology systems integration firm. MDS acquired several integrators and grew revenues to $50M+ and employed 75 employees. MDS was later divested and sold a Toronto based private equity firm in 2005.
